STUART YOUNG entered the adult entertainment industry through his association with DAVID COPELAND. Although he had been active casting mainstream movies, TV commercials, print ads and music videos, he crossed over into the exploitation movie industry by casting the cult classic FRANKENHOOKER.

When he helped sign porn superstar Heather Hunter for a role, he met her manager COPELAND and the two began an associationthat blossomed into a business partnership. Together they created the successful product line HISTORIC EROTICA, utilizing vintage silent porn movies in compilations, distributed by COPELAND’s company GLOBAL MEDIA INTERNATIONAL. They then created ONSCREEN ENTERTAINMENT and produced late night adult television shows for the growing Cable TV networks such as THE KITTY G SHOW, SLEEPING WITH SKY LONDON, and VARIETEASE.

As the demand for adult programming and female talent grew in the New York area, YOUNG developed his own company SHADOWPLAY ENTERPRISES into the leading supplier of nude models and actresses on the East Coast. While growing the casting business, he also launched the website FETISHOASIS.COM and proceeded to cast, write, produce and direct over 200 fetish videos distributed both online and in retail stores. In association with COPELAND as Producer, he wrote and directed a series of hardcore porn videos under contract to other companies such as VIVID VIDEO and COAST TO COAST.
